Senior Business Analyst
Technical Skills:
o At least Five years of Proven experience of successfully deploying a variety of business analysis tools/techniques to enable business change (Preferred in Banking or Financial institutions)
o Proven experience of working with complex integrated systems, using creative and strategic thinking to deliver exceptional results
o Proficiency in eliciting, analyzing, and documenting business requirements using various techniques such as interviews, workshops, and brainstorming sessions.
o Create and maintain detailed technical documentation, including requirements specifications, process flows, and user manuals.
o Experience in defining user stories, use cases, and acceptance criteria to guide software development activities.
o Strong engagement, communication skills, including excellent presentation and influencing skills
o Ability to prioritize and manage stakeholder requirements, ensuring alignment with business goals and project objectives.
o Deep understanding of the software domain, including industry trends, best practices, and regulatory requirements.
o Familiarity with software development methodologies such as Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall using a software defect tracking system (TFS, Azure Service, …)
o Strong process modeling and documentation skills (BPMN, UML, flowcharts).
o Experience of working in a regulated environment
o In-depth knowledge and understanding of web and mobile technologies and applications to provide valuable insights and recommendations.
Education, Background and Soft Skills:
o Bachelor's degree (Accounting, MIS or BIS)
o CBAP certificate is a plus
o Problem-solving and analytical thinking
o High attention to detail and commitment to quality
o Time and stress management skills
o Highly proficient in technical writing.
