Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Door Selector located in Cairo, Egypt. The Door Selector will be responsible for managing guest entry, ensuring adherence to the venue's entry policies, and maintaining a welcoming yet exclusive atmosphere. Additional responsibilities include engaging with potential guests, managing crowd control, and collaborating with security and operations staff to ensure a seamless guest experience.

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal skills, including communication and customer service abilities
• Experience in guest relations, crowd control, or hospitality-related roles
• Attention to detail and ability to enforce venue policies respectfully
• Teamwork skills to coordinate effectively with security and operations teams
• Fluency in English and Arabic is a plus, as is experience working in high-end hospitality environments
• Professional demeanor, adaptability, and the ability to work flexible hours
