Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Private Secretary. The Private Secretary will handle day-to-day clerical and administrative tasks, provide executive administrative support, manage schedules, and ensure effective communication within the organization. Responsibilities also include customer service interactions and maintaining high standards of confidentiality and professionalism in all company secretarial work.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Clerical Skills and Executive Administrative Assistance
  • Strong Communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Experience in Company Secretarial Work and professional document handling
  • Customer Service skills to manage client and stakeholder interactions effectively
  • Organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
  • High level of discretion in managing sensitive information
  • Previous experience in the real estate sector is a plus
  • Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or a related field
