Prepare, review, and submit all tax returns (Income Tax, VAT, Withholding Tax, etc.) accurately and on time.

Ensure compliance with Egyptian tax laws and regulations.

Handle tax inspections, audits, and communications with tax authorities.

Review accounting records to ensure tax accuracy and proper documentation.

Identify tax risks and provide recommendations to minimize liabilities.

Support month-end and year-end closing related to tax accounts.

Keep up to date with changes in tax legislation and assess their impact on the business.

Provide guidance and support to junior tax/accounting team members.

5+ years of experience in tax accounting (preferably within Egypt).

Strong knowledge of Egyptian tax laws and regulations.

Experience dealing with tax audits and tax authorities.

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

High attention to detail and accuracy.

Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel.

Desired Candidate Profile

Bachelor s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
