Marvillia is growing, and we are looking for a highly organized and proactive Operations Specialist to join our team and support our daily operations, marketing coordination, and business development activities.

Responsibilities:


• Manage daily operational tasks and workflow inside the company


• Coordinate with developers, clients, and internal team


• Oversee lead flow, follow-ups, and reporting


• Assist in creating and improving operational processes


• Support marketing activities and social media coordination


• Handle documentation, contracts, and data organization


• Ensure smooth office operations and communication

Requirements:


• Strong organizational and communication skills


• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment


• Experience in real estate, operations, or administration is a plus


• Proficiency with Excel/Google Sheets & CRM systems (or willingness to learn)


• Problem-solver with a positive and proactive attitude
