Ethmar is hiring a Mid-Level Video Editor / Motion Graphics Designer

Full-time | 5 days a week | On-site at our office in Fifth Settlement

The company has collaborated with over 400 institutions in the real estate sector and hosted more than 70 local and regional events under the sponsorship of government entities and international representation.

About the Role:

As a Mid-Level Video Editor / Motion Graphics Designer, you'll be a key part of Ethmar's creative engine. You'll transform concepts, campaigns, and event experiences into engaging videos and motion graphics that tell powerful stories across digital platforms and live events.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Edit and produce high-quality videos for social media, campaigns, events, and presentations
  • Create motion graphics, animations, and visual effects that enhance storytelling
  • Translate creative briefs and concepts into compelling video content
  • Collaborate closely with the Marketing and Creative teams
  • Ensure brand consistency across all video and motion outputs
  • Manage multiple projects and deliver on tight deadlines with high quality

Requirements

  • 2–5 years of experience in video editing and motion graphics
  • Strong portfolio showcasing video, animation, and motion graphic work
  • Proficiency in Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, CapCut (and related tools)
  • Solid understanding of storytelling, pacing, transitions, and visual rhythm
  • Knowledge of branding, typography in motion, and visual consistency
  • Creative mindset, attention to detail, and strong teamwork skills
