Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position for a Retail Sales Specialist located in El Sherouk. The Retail Sales Specialist will be responsible for engaging customers, understanding their needs, and providing product recommendations. Daily responsibilities include driving sales, offering exceptional customer service, ensuring product knowledge is conveyed accurately, and maintaining store displays to enhance the shopping experience. The Specialist will also collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and implement effective retail strategies.

  • Strong Customer Service and Interpersonal Skills to build relationships with clients and provide tailored assistance.
  • Retail Sales expertise and Product Knowledge to effectively promote and sell products to customers.
  • Excellent Communication Skills for clear and effective interactions with customers and team members.
  • Proactive problem-solving abilities and attention to detail to maintain high service standards.
  • Previous experience in retail sales or familiarity with pool products is a plus.
