Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an English Lead Teacher based in Cairo, Egypt. The English Lead Teacher will oversee the development and delivery of lesson plans, guide and train teaching staff, and ensure high-quality English language education. Responsibilities include facilitating engaging and effective lessons, communicating with learners and their guardians, and mentoring students to achieve their academic goals.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Lesson Planning and Education methodologies
  • Strong Communication and Teaching skills
  • Experience in Training and mentoring teachers or staff
  • Ability to foster an inclusive, supportive, and engaging learning environment
  • Bachelor's degree in English, Education, or a related field (Postgraduate qualifications are a plus)
  • Experience teaching in an international or cross-cultural context is preferred
  • Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks effectively
