About The Role

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive
HR Specialist
to join our People & Culture team. This role will take ownership of recruitment processes while also contributing to general HR operations, ensuring a seamless employee experience and supporting organizational growth.

Key Responsibilities

Recruitment & Talent Acquisition

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment for assigned positions, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selection
  • Maintain accurate candidate pipelines and recruitment trackers
  • Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and provide timely candidate updates
  • Manage referral programs, CV databases, and hiring metrics
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and recruitment timelines

HR Operations Support

  • Assist with onboarding processes, including document collection, system setup, and orientation
  • Maintain HR records and support HRIS data management
  • Assist in preparation of HR reports, trackers, and other documentation
  • Respond to employee inquiries related to HR policies, benefits, and processes

Employer Branding & Engagement

  • Support internal initiatives such as employee referral programs, recognition programs, and HR communications
  • Represent HR in recruitment events or employer branding activities as required

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • 1–3 years of experience in HR, preferably within the call center or high-volume recruitment environment
  • Fluency in English is a must
  • Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
  • Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Proficiency in MS Office; experience with HRIS is a plus
