About The Role
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive
HR Specialist
to join our People & Culture team. This role will take ownership of recruitment processes while also contributing to general HR operations, ensuring a seamless employee experience and supporting organizational growth.
Key Responsibilities
Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for assigned positions, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selection
- Maintain accurate candidate pipelines and recruitment trackers
- Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and provide timely candidate updates
- Manage referral programs, CV databases, and hiring metrics
- Ensure compliance with company policies and recruitment timelines
HR Operations Support
- Assist with onboarding processes, including document collection, system setup, and orientation
- Maintain HR records and support HRIS data management
- Assist in preparation of HR reports, trackers, and other documentation
- Respond to employee inquiries related to HR policies, benefits, and processes
Employer Branding & Engagement
- Support internal initiatives such as employee referral programs, recognition programs, and HR communications
- Represent HR in recruitment events or employer branding activities as required
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- 1–3 years of experience in HR, preferably within the call center or high-volume recruitment environment
- Fluency in English is a must
- Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
- Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
- Proficiency in MS Office; experience with HRIS is a plus
