Senior Architect Technical Office

Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage complex architectural projects, ensuring high standards of design and implementation.
- Collaborate with clients, consultants, and project teams to develop and refine architectural designs.
- Create and present 3D/2D models and renderings to effectively communicate design intent.
- Coordinate with other trades to resolve conflicts between architectural, structural, and MEP systems.
- Ensure adherence to building codes, regulations, and sustainability standards.
- Prepare detailed drawings, specifications, and Bill of Quantities (BOQ) for construction purposes.
- Lead site inspections and monitor construction progress to align with architectural plans.
- Address technical queries from clients and contractors, providing timely solutions.
- Review and approve shop drawings and submittals from contractors.
- Engage in project planning and development, ensuring timelines and budgets are met.
Skills:
- Experience in Commercial & residential projects.
- Proficient in digital design software, including AutoCAD and 3D Max.
- Good in English (written and spoken).
- Excellent communication, leadership, and project management abilities.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Must have experience in Commercial & residential projects.
- Bachelor's degree in Architectural Engineering.
- Experience of 4 -12 years in architectural design and technical office roles.
