Role Overview

We are seeking a proactive, creative, and organized Digital Marketing & Content Programs Specialist to be the central marketing focal point for Skillability. You will lead the planning, creation, and management of all digital content and campaigns, collaborating with internal teams to drive engagement, enrollments, and brand awareness. You will be responsible for executing all digital marketing activities and ensuring seamless synchronization among departments.

Key Responsibilities

· Develop and maintain an annual content calendar for courses, certifications, and seasonal campaigns.

· Create and manage paid and organic campaign calendars (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Google, etc.).

· Plan, launch, and optimize paid and free campaigns targeting B2C learners and B2B prospects.

· Write and develop engaging content for ads, social media posts, landing pages, course descriptions, newsletters, and website updates.

· Produce shareable content (video scripts, static posts, infographics) to boost engagement and brand visibility.

· Ensure all content aligns with Skillability's brand voice and Microsoft Learning Partner standards.

· Work closely with the graphic design and video teams to execute campaigns and ensure timely posting.

· Coordinate campaign timelines and creative briefs with internal departments.

· Act as the main point of contact for marketing activities, ensuring smooth collaboration and communication between marketing, design, video, media buying, and other relevant teams.

· Manage and moderate all social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.).

· Oversee website management, including content updates, structure, moderation, and SEO optimization for course discovery.

· Build relationships with educational institutions, ERP communities, and Microsoft learning forums.

· Represent Skillability in online discussions, forums, and social media groups.

· Draft and distribute press releases, partnership announcements, and event promotions.

· Communicate with educational and ERP communities on social media platforms and forums.

· Initiate and manage co-marketing activities with third parties, partners, and relevant communities.

· Track and analyze campaign performance using Meta Ads Manager and other analytics tools.

· Take ownership of executing all digital marketing activities for Skillability.

· Ensure all marketing initiatives are synchronized and aligned with the objectives of other departments (training, sales, design, video, media buying, etc.).

Must-Have Qualifications

· 2–4 years of hands-on digital marketing experience, preferably in a training academy, e-learning, or education-focused institution.

· Direct experience with Meta Ads Manager (Facebook/Instagram), campaign management, and lead-focused campaign setup.

· Strong content writing skills for ads, social media, and landing pages.

· Experience managing website updates and basic SEO.

· Excellent communication, project management, and organizational skills.

Bonus Skills (Preferred)

· Familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Microsoft Learn ecosystem.

· Experience with chatbot platforms, CRM tools, and email marketing (Mailchimp, Brevo, etc.).

· Bilingual content creation (English & Arabic).
