YThe People and Organisation Senior Executive serves as a trusted operational partner, providing advanced support in executing people strategies that enhance employee engagement, development, and organizational effectiveness

ROLE PROFI**

  • LEManage end-to-end employee lifecycle processes, ensuring compliance with internal standard
  • s.Provide advanced guidance to employees and managers on people and organisation related concern
  • s.Drive employee engagement activities, acting as a key point of contact for teams and leader
  • s.Assist in designing and delivering engagement initiatives that align with organizational value
  • s.Collaborate with managers to identify employee development need
  • s.Manage compliance with Egypt labor laws and internal policie
  • s.Ensure hiring processes are in line with organizational targets and requirement
  • s.Maintain accurate data and regularly audit employee files for complianc

REQUIREME**

  • NTSBachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fie
  • ld.3-5 years of experience in an people and organisation support role with expanded responsibiliti
  • es.Familiarity with Egypt labor laws and experience supporting compliance initiativ
  • es.Fluency in English is required; proficiency in Arabic is preferr
