II. Key Responsibilities (What the Candidate Will Do)

Tender & Design Management:

Thoroughly receive and review all project tenders, designs, and specifications.

Confirm the resources, efforts, and costs required for technical specifications and the work environment.

Conduct market unit studies and integrate them with the site plan.

Project Reporting & Risk Management:

Prepare and submit comprehensive and detailed reports to management before project implementation, including observations and strategic suggestions.

Extract, review, and confirm all design quantities.

Raise detailed reports to the Project Manager regarding potential risks and propose effective alternative solutions.

Site Execution & Quality Control:

Interpret and align technical specifications and designs with the structural work on-site.

Oversee the establishment and implementation of work upon final design approval.

General Duties:

Engage in negotiations with the public sector.

Coordinate effectively when working with various contracting companies.

III. Required Qualifications & Experience

Education: Bachelor's degree in Civil or Architectural Engineering.

Experience: Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in a similar capacity.

Mobility: Willingness and ability to travel to/from the Cairo area as required.

Soft Skills:

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work effectively under pressure.

IV. Technical Skills

Software Proficiency (Must-Have):

Expertise in AutoCAD.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.

Design & Drawing:

Knowledge of both hand-drawn and computer-aided design (CAD) methods.
