Responsibilities:

·      Provide administrative support to the sales and commercial team.

·      Prepare and follow up on sales orders, quotations, and invoices.

·      Coordinate with customers regarding orders, deliveries, and documentation.

·      Maintain and update sales records, customer databases, and reports.

·      Support contract documentation and commercial agreements.

·      Communicate with internal departments (logistics, finance, warehouse) to ensure smooth order processing.

·      Assist in preparing sales reports and performance summaries.

·      Handle customer inquiries and support day-to-day commercial operations.

Requirements:

·      Bachelor's degree in business, Commerce, or related field.

·      1–3 years of experience as Sales Admin or similar role.

·      Good communication and coordination skills.

·      Proficient in MS Office (especially Excel).

·      Good command of English.

·      Strong organizational and follow-up skills.
