Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled Bilingual Customer Service Representative fluent in both English and German to join our team in Cairo. In this role, you will provide support for our electronic product line, serving customers across multiple channels.
Responsibilities:
- Handle customer inquiries and provide solutions via voice, chat, and email
- Manage e-commerce after-sales service processes
- Build positive customer relationships through professional communication
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions
Requirements:
- Fluent in English and German (verbal and written)
- 1+ years of customer service experience
- Experience with e-commerce after-sales service
- College degree or equivalent
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Strong learning ability and reliable work history
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM Berlin Time
