Sr. Full-Stack Software Engineer

What You'll Do

  • Build from scratch:
    Architect, design, and develop a modern, modular HIS platform.
  • Own the stack:
    Oversee backend, frontend, database, infrastructure, and CI/CD.
  • Lead a team:
    Mentor and guide a small group of developers, review code, and ensure delivery quality.
  • Implement microservices:
    Design a scalable microservice-based architecture with efficient inter-service communication.
  • Containerization:
    Manage Docker-based environments for local and production deployments.
  • Integrate systems:
    Build and connect core hospital modules (patients, doctors, billing, pharmacy, labs, etc.).
  • Security & performance:
    Ensure secure, reliable, and efficient performance across all modules.

Your Responsibilities

  • Architect and build a secure, scalable HIS application using a microservices architecture.
  • Develop and maintain RESTful APIs and backend services.
  • Design relational data models and optimize SQL queries.
  • Implement authentication and authorization (RBAC / multi-tenant).
  • Set up CI/CD pipelines and manage containerized environments with Docker.
  • Lead and mentor junior and mid-level developers.
  • Ensure code quality, proper documentation, and adherence to best practices.
  • Collaborate with management and product teams to translate vision into deliverables.

Technical Requirements

Backend Development

  • Strong experience with
    .NET (C#)
    and
    ASP.NET Core
    (primary stack).
  • Solid understanding of
    Microservices Architecture
    and
    RESTful API
    design.
  • Familiarity with

    ,
    PHP
    , or
    Go
    is a strong plus.

Frontend Development

  • Experience with
    React
    ,
    Angular
    , or
    Blazor
    (
    TypeScript
    preferred).
  • Strong understanding of
    HTML
    ,
    CSS
    , and responsive UI design.

Databases

  • Proficiency with
    SQL Server
    or
    PostgreSQL
    (schema design, indexing, optimization).
  • Knowledge of
    NoSQL
    systems is a plus.

DevOps & Infrastructure

  • Hands-on experience with
    Docker
    and container orchestration.
  • Familiarity with
    CI/CD pipelines
    ,
    Git
    , and environment management.
  • Experience with
    cloud platforms
    (
    Azure
    ,
    AWS
    , or
    GCP
    ) is preferred.

Architecture & Security

  • Experience designing multi-module, multi-tenant, and secure enterprise systems.
  • Strong knowledge of
    RBAC
    ,
    OAuth2
    , and secure API design.

Desired Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science,
    Engineering
    , or equivalent practical experience.
  • 5+ years
    of professional software development experience.
  • Proven experience building
    large-scale enterprise
    or
    healthcare systems
    .
  • Hands-on experience leading small engineering teams.
  • Experience working in hybrid environments with cross-functional teams.
