We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented System Analyst to join our dedicated team. This role is crucial for bridging the gap between client needs and our development team, ensuring the successful customization, delivery, and implementation of the Q-Axess ERP system. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and experience working within an ERP or complex software development environment.

Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary contact between clients and the internal development team. Conduct meetings and workshops to effectively analyze, validate, and document detailed business requirements, functional specifications, and non-functional requirements for the
    Q-Axess ERP
    system.
  • Define and manage project scope and objectives, ensuring they align with business needs and company capabilities.
  • Perform thorough gap analysis between client business processes and standard Q-Axess ERP functionality, proposing viable solutions or customizations.
  • Translate documented requirements into actionable plans, user stories, and acceptance criteria for the development team.
  • Work with stakeholders (clients, project managers, and development leads) to prioritize requirements based on business value, technical feasibility, and strategic goals.
  • Participate in planning and review meetings, ensuring the development team has a clear understanding of the goals and deliverables.
  • Develop and execute comprehensive test plans, scenarios, and test cases based on the documented requirements.
  • Conduct functional testing and quality assurance before the delivery of new features or system customizations.
  • Track, manage, and prioritize defects and issues found during testing, working with developers to ensure timely resolution.
  • Prepare and maintain clear, high-quality documentation, including functional specifications, configuration guides, process flows, and user manuals.
  • Assist in preparing training materials and potentially deliver training sessions to end-users on new functionalities within Q-Axess ERP.
  • Ensure seamless knowledge transfer to support team upon successful deployment.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a Business Analyst, Systems Analyst, or similar role, preferably in a software company or IT consultancy.
  • Demonstrable experience working with an ERP System.
  • Strong understanding of core business processes (e.g., Finance, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Sales).
  • Excellent proficiency in requirements gathering, analysis, and documentation techniques (e.g., use cases, process modeling).
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical and business concepts to diverse audiences.
