About the Role

We are hiring a Senior Digital Marketing Specialist with a strong global mindset to own and elevate NTAM Group's digital presence, reputation, and website ecosystem.

This role acts as a strategic product owner for the agency's website and global listings, playing a critical role in B2B lead generation, compliance-driven content, SEO leadership, and reputation management across international platforms.

Key Responsibilities

1. Website Management & SEO Strategy

• Act as the product owner for the agency website, collaborating closely with web developers and SEO specialists to ensure technical health, performance, and continuous improvement
• Lead website restructuring and content updates to showcase global case studies and specialized capabilities such as AI & Behavioral Intelligence
• Execute hyper-local SEO strategies for multiple office locations to capture local and regional search demand
• Own technical, on-page, and content SEO initiatives to strengthen global visibility and inbound lead generation

2. Agency Reputation & Listing Management

• Manage and continuously upgrade NTAM's profiles across key global directories, including:
• , SEMrush Agencies, DesignRush, and Sortlist
• Implement a systematic review acquisition process to secure and highlight 5-star client reviews across Google, Amazon, and industry platforms
• Monitor rankings, reviews, competitor positioning, and directory performance to maximize lead quality

3. Content Strategy & Global Compliance

• Prepare and manage a monthly content calendar highlighting company news, awards, certifications, and global partnerships
• Ensure all digital content is compliant with ISO certifications, governance frameworks, and major partnership requirements
• Collaborate with internal specialized divisions to produce thought leadership articles, technical case studies, and compliance-ready content
• Maintain brand consistency and governance across all digital touchpoints and global markets

4. Performance Analysis & Reporting

• Monitor and analyze digital performance metrics including traffic, rankings, lead quality, and conversion performance
• Track the direct impact of directory listings, reviews, and SEO initiatives on inbound B2B lead generation
• Prepare structured performance reports and strategic insights for management and leadership teams

Required Qualifications & Skills:

• Experience:
  3–4 years of experience in Digital Marketing, preferably within a B2B Marketing Agency or Corporate Communications environment
• Marketing agency background is a
  MUST
• Education:
  Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field
• Industry Knowledge:
  Strong understanding of the global agency ecosystem (Clutch, Sortlist, DesignRush) and compliance-driven content standards
• Technical Skills:
• SEO tools: SEMrush, Ahrefs
• Analytics: Google Analytics 4
• Listings & Local SEO: Google Business Profile management
• CMS platforms: WordPress
• Strong strategic thinking, stakeholder management, and communication skills
• English Fluency is a MUST
