Responsibilities

  • Supervise and coordinate the handover process from construction to the client.
  • Conduct unit inspections and snagging procedures to identify defects and ensure proper rectifications before handover.
  • Communicate with site engineers, facility management, and contractors to ensure all pending works are completed on time.
  • Prepare and update handover documentation, reports, and completion certificates.
  • Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and company standards.
  • Participate in client meetings and walkthroughs to address inquiries and concerns.
  • Monitor the progress of units' readiness and report any delays or challenges.
  • Support the development and improvement of handover procedures and checklists.
  • Train and guide junior engineers or coordinators in handover processes.
  • Ensure excellent customer experience and maintain positive client relations during the delivery phase

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil, Architectural, or Construction Engineering.
  • Minimum
    2– 4 years of experience
    , preferably in real estate or construction handover.
  • Strong knowledge of finishing, snagging, and quality control procedures.
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management tools.
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Customer-oriented mindset and ability to work under pressure
