Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical
Senior Costing & Budgeting Accountant
to join our Finance team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing product costing, budgeting, and financial control activities to ensure accurate cost tracking, support pricing decisions, and drive cost efficiency across operations. This role requires strong analytical skills, solid understanding of manufacturing cost structures, and hands-on experience with ERP systems (preferably SAP).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and analyze cost reports related to manufacturing processes, ensuring accurate tracking of costs and expenses.
  • Support in preparing P&L for new products & promotions
  • Conduct detailed product cost analysis, including Bill of Materials (BOM), labor, and overhead rates.
  • Support pricing and profitability decisions.
  • Assist in the preparation of budgets and forecasts by analyzing cost trends, identifying variances, and providing actionable insights.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for cost optimization and process improvement.
  • Support the finance team with monthly gross profit analysis, costing updates, and management presentations.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2–4 years of experience in costing, budgeting, or financial analysis — preferably in a manufacturing environment.
  • Strong knowledge of cost accounting principles and financial analysis techniques.
  • Proficiency in
    SAP
    and
    Microsoft Excel
    ; experience with
    Power BI
    is a plus.
  • Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
  • High attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines.
