Job Overview:
The Business Development Specialist will support NAS's growth across industrial, administrative, commercial, and residential sectors. This role includes engaging with clients, assisting in proposals, and helping the team convert opportunities into successful projects.
Key Responsibilities:
• Research and reach out to potential clients.
• Assist in building a sales pipeline through digital and field channels.
• Participate in client meetings and site visits.
• Support the preparation of technical and financial proposals with engineering and operations teams.
• Follow up on opportunities and help convert leads into awarded projects.
• Contribute to strengthening NAS's presence in the market through ongoing client engagement.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field.
• 1–4 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related role; experience in contracting/fit-out preferred.
• Good communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work in a team and follow up on leads.
• Basic knowledge of market research tools and proposal preparation.
