Key Responsibilities:


• Lead the implementation and configuration of security platforms across client environments.


• Perform system integration, device hardening, and deployment validation on-site and remotely.


• Provide advanced troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and coordinate with vendor TACs.


• Document solution designs, configurations, and operational processes.


• Conduct knowledge transfer and hands-on training for customer teams.


• Stay updated with vendor certifications, threat intelligence, and product updates.

Qualifications:


• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (or a related field).


• (2:5) years of experience in security/network engineering.


• Hands-on experience with the following vendors: o Palo Alto Networks (e.g., Next-Gen Firewalls, Cortex XDR) o Fortinet (e.g., NGFW, SD-WAN) o F5 Networks (e.g., Web Application Firewall)


• Strong knowledge in NGFWs, WAFs, SD-WAN, or MFA platforms.


• Relevant certifications such as: o PCNSE, NSE 4–7, F5 CTS, CCNP/CCIE Security, etc.


• Strong technical documentation skills.


• Professional level of English—both written and spoken.
