Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Qesm El Maadi for a Telesales Team Leader. The Telesales Team Leader will manage and lead a team of telesales professionals, monitor their performance, and ensure that sales targets are met. Key responsibilities include developing effective sales strategies, providing training and support to team members, handling escalations, tracking sales metrics, and preparing performance reports to evaluate team success. Additionally, the role involves fostering a collaborative and positive team environment.

  • Proven leadership abilities, with experience in team management and employee development
  • Strong sales expertise, including telesales, customer acquisition strategies, and achievement of sales targets
  • Excellent communication, coaching, and motivational skills
  • Analytical mindset with experience in performance monitoring and reporting
  • Proficiency in tools/software/tools related to CRM and sales operations
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
  • Previous management experience in a sales or telesales role is highly desirable
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred
