City Glass, a leading manufacturer of Tableware products, is seeking a highly skilled and experienced "Marketing Manager" to join our team.

Job Description:

Market and Product Research

• Analyzing the target market (Local/export).

• Studying the needs of industrial customers and distributors.

• Analyzing competitors (prices, quality, production capacity).

• Participating with production in product development and specifications.

Industrial Marketing Planning

• Preparing the factory's annual marketing plan.

• Identifying priority products based on capacity.

• Planning for entry into new markets or new customers.

Sales and Contract Support

• Coordinating with the sales department to achieve targets.

• Preparing technical and commercial proposals.

• Supporting negotiations with key accounts.

• Monitoring long-term contracts and supply agreements.

Industrial Marketing and Identity

• Managing the factory's identity and brand, including packaging, designs, and promotional images.

• Overseeing catalogs, technical specifications, and samples.

• Participating in industry exhibitions and conferences.

• Managing the website and B2B digital presence. F

Coordination with Production

• Communicating customer feedback regarding quality, packaging, or delivery times.

• Contributing to reducing returns and complaints.

Export Planning

• Studying export markets and their requirements.

Analysis and Reporting

• Analyzing sales by product, customer, and market.

• Monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs):

o Order volume

o Customer retention

o Product profitability

• Preparing reports for senior management with clear recommendations.

Marketing Team Management

• Leading the industrial marketing team.

• Distributing tasks and monitoring their execution.

• Developing team skills (industrial marketing, negotiation, and analysis).

Responsibilities:

· Develop and execute marketing plans and campaigns.

· Oversee the creation of marketing materials, including brochures, advertisements, and digital content.

· Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and trends.

·  Manage social media accounts and online presence.

·  Coordinate with sales and production teams to ensure alignment of marketing strategies.

·  Analyze marketing performance metrics and adjust strategies as needed.

·  Organize and participate in industry events and exhibitions.

Qualifications:

· Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.

· Minimum of 15 years of experience in a marketing role, preferably in an industrial environment.

· Knowledge of marketing-related business practices, including advertising, market research, technology and budgeting

· Proficient with marketing-related software programs

· A history of planning successful product launches and events

· Effective communication skills and adaptable communication style for interacting with team members, upper management and clients

· Time management and organization skills for planning and executing both large and small marketing projects and initiatives

· Leadership skills to motivate team members and manage conflicts

· Analytical and problem-solving skills for coming up with ideas to increase demand for products and services.

· Proficiency in digital marketing tools and social media platforms.

· Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
