Summary
:

We are looking for an experienced Quality Control Team Lead Engineer

The successful candidate should have a strong background in testing. They should also have extensive Automation testing experience.

Key Responsibilities
:

  1. Leading a team of professional QC engineers through the whole SDLC to ensure high quality delivery of products and services.
  2. Managing Testing activities on a project includes estimating the effort.
  3. Participating in business requirements and designs reviews.
  4. Designing and writing test plans and scripts for both manual and automated testing.
  5. Resolving conflicts across the team.
  6. Build a challenging and motivating environment.
  7. Update management and early reporting project quality status.
  8. Communicating performance issues.

Qualifications

:

Education
:

  • Bachelor's OR master's degree in computer science or equivalent education and experience.

Experience
:

  • 10+ years of hands-on experience in software testing.
  • 4+ years in leading Quality Control/Testing teams.

Competencies
:

  • Significant Test Automation skills using leading Web & Mobile tools: Selenium, Appium, SoapUI, or others.
  • Experience working with remote teams.
  • Experience working on Agile (Scrum) teams.
  • Excellent knowledge of scripting skills with one or more scripting languages, such as Python or Java is helpful.
  • Good knowledge in test script initiation and execution for Automation.
  • Proven experience with UI & API Automation Testing (Selenium, Robot, or\& JMeter preferable).
  • SQL Scripting Knowledge in one or more enterprise RDBMSs (MYSQL, or\& Oracle).
  • Knowledge in working with test management tools.

Preferred Qualifications
:

  • Understand cloud delivery using tools such as Git, Drone CI, Argo CD, Kubernetes.Performance testing Knowledge is a plus.
