Job Title: Group Chief Financial Officer (CFO)

Location: ( October ,Giza, Egypt )

Reports to: Group CEO

Job Purpose:

The Group CFO is responsible for overseeing all financial activities of the group's companies, ensuring financial stability, compliance, and strategic growth. The role involves developing financial strategies, managing financial risks, preparing reports, and ensuring effective financial planning and analysis across all subsidiaries.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement the group's financial strategy aligned with corporate goals.

Oversee financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and performance monitoring across all business units.

Ensure accurate and timely preparation of consolidated financial statements and management reports.

Manage group cash flow, investments, funding requirements, and banking relationships.

Lead and mentor the finance teams across subsidiaries to ensure consistent financial policies and best practices.

Maintain strong internal control systems and ensure compliance with all legal, tax, and regulatory requirements.

Evaluate mergers, acquisitions, and other strategic business opportunities.

Present financial results, insights, and recommendations to the CEO and Board of Directors.

Liaise with external auditors, tax advisors, and financial institutions.

Drive digital transformation and automation within finance operations.

Qualifications & Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics; MBA or CPA/ACCA preferred.

Minimum of 12–15 years of progressive experience in finance and accounting, including at least 5 years in a F&B Companies .

Experience in managing multi-company or group-level financial operations.

Strong analytical, strategic planning, and business partnering skills.

Proficiency in ERP systems and financial reporting tools.
