Location: New Cairo (Tagamoa)

Employment Type: Full-time

Experience: 0–2 years in Treasury Accountant "Teller" roles

Job Summary:

We are looking for The Teller is responsible for collecting and processing all cash and non-cash payments from clients, tenants, and customers. This role

ensures the secure and accurate handling of all financial transactions, providing excellent customer service and maintaining precise records

for daily settlements. The teller is a key point of contact for clients, managing cash deposits, issuing receipts, and reconciling all collected

funds.

Key Responsibilities

· Collect cash and check payments from clients for property sales, rentals, and other services.

· Process all payments accurately and issue official receipts to clients.

· Reconcile daily cash and check collections against system records, ensuring all transactions are accounted for.

· Greet clients professionally, answer payment-related inquiries, and provide a positive service experience.

· Adhere to all cash-handling policies and security procedures to prevent fraud and ensure the safety of funds.

· Prepare daily reports on all transactions and reconcile discrepancies to the supervisor.

Requirements

* Education:

· Bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance, or a related field.

  • Previous Experience:

· 0-3 years of experience in a teller, cashier, or cash-handling role, preferably in a real estate or banking environment.

*Special requirements:

· High level of accuracy and attention to detail.

· Strong mathematical and calculation skills.

· Excellent customer service and communication abilities.

· Integrity and discretion in handling sensitive financial information.

· Proficiency in cash handling and point-of-sale systems.
