Key Requirements:


• Bachelor's in architecture or engineering (related to stone works).


• 3–8 years' experience in tendering (marble, stone, or construction sectors preferred).


• Proficient in AutoCAD, Excel, and tendering tools.


• Strong analytical and detail-oriented mindset.


• Fluent in English (written and spoken).

Responsibilities:


• Review tender documents, drawings, and specifications to prepare accurate cost estimates.

  • Perform material take-off and quantity analysis for marble, granite, and quartz works.
  • Prepare technical and commercial proposals in line with client requirements and deadlines.
  • Coordinate with production, procurement, and design departments for pricing and feasibility.
  • Source and negotiate with stone suppliers, subcontractors, and logistics providers for updated pricing.
  • Evaluate project risks and propose value-engineering options where applicable.
  • Ensure compliance with technical standards, project specifications, and company pricing strategy.
  • Attend pre-bid meetings, client clarifications, and technical discussions.
  • Maintain a database of historical costs, suppliers, and project references.
  • Support management in final tender reviews and presentation of bid summaries.
  • Analyze tender documents, drawings, specs, and BOQs.


• Identify discrepancies or missing info in drawings/BOQs.


• Coordinate with internal teams and subcontractors for pricing and breakdowns.


• Prepare and revise technical/commercial proposals, manage clarifications and deviations.


• Track tender progress and assist in project handover after award.
