Job Summary:
*The Tele Sales Representative is responsible for contacting potential and existing clients over the phone to promote and sell the company's products or services. The role focuses on achieving sales targets, maintaining strong client relationships, and supporting the marketing team in lead generation and conversion efforts.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to prospective customers to introduce company services and close sales deals.
Handle inbound inquiries from leads generated by marketing campaigns.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and retention.
Understand customer needs and provide suitable marketing or advertising solutions.
Maintain an accurate database of leads, prospects, and client interactions using CRM tools.
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop scripts, campaigns, and promotional strategies.
Follow up on warm leads from digital campaigns and convert them into sales opportunities.
Achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Prepare regular reports on calls, leads, and conversions for management review.
Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
Proven experience (1–3 years) in tele sales or inside sales, preferably in marketing or digital services.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Strong sales and closing techniques.
Good command of spoken and written English & Arabic.
Familiarity with CRM systems and lead management tools is a plus.
Positive attitude, persistence, and ability to handle rejection professionally.
