Job Summary:

Carina Wear
is seeking a dynamic and experienced
Learning & Development Specialist
to implement training initiatives for our sales teams across all branches in Egypt. This role requires a professional passionate about
customer-centric environments
, with hands-on experience in designing, delivering, and evaluating learning programs that drive performance and engagement. The position operates by combining work at our head office and frequent travel to retail locations, ensuring direct impact on our frontline teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and deliver
    training programs
    for sales staff across all retail branches, ensuring alignment with brand standards and customer experience goals.
  • Assess training needs through
    skills gap analysis
    and performance metrics, tailoring learning solutions accordingly.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of learning programs and implement continuous improvements.
  • Collaborate with HR and department heads to align training initiatives with business objectives.
  • Maintain training records and ensure accurate reporting of learning metrics.
  • Travel frequently to branch locations to
    facilitate in-person training
    , workshops, and coaching sessions.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in
    Learning & Development
    , preferably in retail or customer-focused environments.
  • Strong knowledge of
    adult learning principles
    and delivery techniques.
  • Certificate in
    Training of Trainers (TOT)
    is highly preferred.
  • Excellent
    communication, presentation, and facilitation skills
    .
  • Ability and willingness to
    travel frequently
    across Egypt governorates (Travel allowances for all business missions will be fully covered).
  • Results-driven mindset with a
    customer-centric approach
    .
  • Strong organizational and reporting skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
