We are hiring for Tourism Admin:

Job Responsibilities:

• Enter and upload data for tours, boats, hotels, and marine activities on the app.

• Review information to ensure accuracy and completeness (photos, prices, trip details, terms & conditions).

• Coordinate data in line with company standards and app policies.

• Update data regularly whenever there are changes (prices, availability, new photos).

• Collaborate with operations and customer service teams to ensure data readiness before it goes live.

• Submit regular reports on issues or errors and work to resolve them.

• Research the market and compare, enhance our products to compete with the other competitors

• Research and identify potential customers

• Handle product questions with confidence, and guide prospects through the decision-making process to

confirm bookings

• Partner and share customer insights that inform roadmap priorities, and with marketing to refine outbound

campaigns and improve lead quality.

• Maintain accurate CRM records and provide consistent reporting on pipeline, and challenges.

• Usual Emails follow up and collaborate with operations

-Job Requirements:

• University degree or relevant experience.

• Proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets.

• Experienced using Odoo or any ERP Systems.

• High attention to detail and accuracy.

• Ability to work and follow up from home and meet deadlines.

• Excellent communication and organizational skills.

• Experience with booking platforms or digital apps.
