We are pioneers in designing, constructing, installing, and maintaining luxurious swimming pools with superior quality standards. Over the years, we have served around 2,000 clients, and our expertise covers diverse pool types, including fiberglass, horizon, overflow, and fountains. Splash Egypt is committed to providing the highest professionalism and premium designs in the Egyptian market.

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Specialist located in El Sherouk. The Sales Specialist will be responsible for identifying potential clients, understanding their needs, and providing suitable product and service solutions. Daily tasks include managing sales inquiries, building and maintaining client relationships, providing product demonstrations, and achieving sales targets. Additionally, the role involves ensuring high standards of customer service and contributing to the overall sales strategy.

Qualifications

  • Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to build and maintain client relationships
  • Proven Sales experience and the ability to meet or exceed targets
  • Experience in Sales Management, including planning and coordinating sales activities
  • Ability to provide product Training and demonstrations
  • Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and time management skills
  • Fluency in Arabic; proficiency in English is an advantage
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
