Position Overview:

We are looking for a creative and user-focused
UI/UX Designer
to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing intuitive and engaging user interfaces for our Academy, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable experience for our users.

Key Responsibilities:


•Collaborate with product managers and developers to gather and evaluate user requirements.


•Design and prototype user interfaces that are both visually appealing and user-friendly.


•Create wireframes, mockups, and prototypes using design tools such as Adobe XD, Figma, or Sketch.


•Conduct user research and usability testing to gather feedback and iterate on designs.


•Develop and maintain design systems, style guides, and UI patterns to ensure consistency across the platform.


•Work closely with frontend developers to ensure that designs are implemented accurately and effectively.


•Stay updated with the latest UI/UX trends, tools, and technologies.


•Identify and troubleshoot UX problems and provide actionable recommendations for improvement.


•Advocate for the user's perspective throughout the product development process.


•Ensure that designs are responsive and optimized for various devices and screen sizes.

Required Skills and Qualifications:


•Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer or similar role with a strong portfolio showcasing design projects.


•Proficiency with design tools such as Adobe XD, Figma, Sketch, or similar.


•Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and practices.


•Experience with creating wireframes, mockups, and prototypes.


•Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plus for understanding technical constraints.


•Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.


•Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.


•Familiarity with usability testing and user research methodologies.


•Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications:


•Bachelor's degree in design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.


•Experience designing for SaaS or eLearning platforms.


•Familiarity with accessibility standards and best practices.


•Experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment.
