Engosoft, a leading Saudi engineering training company, is seeking a Senior Instructional Designer to lead the development of high-quality engineering learning content and manage the instructional design team.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Develop and structure technical and engineering training programs across multiple disciplines.
  • Produce detailed storyboards, scripts, learning outcomes, and assessments.
  • Collaborate directly with SMEs and instructors to translate technical information into clear instructional content.
  • Lead, mentor, and supervise the Instructional Design team, oversee quality and consistency of deliverables.
  • Coordinate with Growth and Marketing teams to align content with company objectives.
  • Supervise recording sessions and ensure timely delivery of all content-related projects.

Qualifications & Requirements :

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Instructional Design or E-learning development.
  • Experience with the Saudi market and familiarity with relevant training standards is highly preferred.
  • Strong capability in developing engineering and technical content.
  • Excellent command of Arabic and English
  • odoo experience is an advantage
  • Ability to work through
    LMS platforms
  • Ability to create performance reports, analyze team output, and track content quality and productivity.
