As we continue to scale, we're hiring an Engineering Manager to lead all site engineering and maintenance activities
(Mechanical and Electrical)

, ensuring smooth plant operations, equipment reliability, and regulatory compliance.

Job Purpose

To oversee all engineering, utilities, and maintenance functions across the plant, ensuring equipment readiness, preventive maintenance execution, and continuous improvement of infrastructure, energy efficiency, and compliance standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead site maintenance, utilities, calibration, and engineering operations to ensure reliable and compliant production.

  • Develop and execute preventive and corrective maintenance plans in alignment with GMP and EHS requirements.

  • Own the engineering budget (OPEX & CAPEX), including tracking, reporting, and cost optimization initiatives.

  • Supervise installation and qualification of new equipment; ensure timely readiness and proper documentation.

  • Evaluate and upgrade site infrastructure, technologies, and systems to support future capacity and efficiency.

  • Drive compliance with GMP, ISO, and other regulatory standards; lead audit readiness activities.

  • Ensure maintenance logs, calibration records, and engineering documents are updated and audit-ready.

  • Manage a team of engineers and technicians, ensuring technical capability, performance, and safety alignment.

  • Coordinate cross-functionally with Production, QA, Supply Chain, and Projects to support business continuity.

  • Implement energy-saving initiatives and support sustainability goals across the plant.

  • Contribute to new product and production line introductions by ensuring timely engineering support.
