Job Overview:

We are seeking a
Senior Quality Control (QC) Engineer

to join our growing technology team. In this role, you will take ownership of the testing strategy and ensure the delivery of high-quality, reliable, and scalable software products. You will lead quality initiatives, mentor junior team members, and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to embed a culture of excellence throughout the development lifecycle.

As a
Senior QC Engineer

, you will play a key role in maintaining automated testing, validating backend systems and
APIs

, and optimizing performance across complex environments.

Key Responsibilities:


•Collaborate with developers, DevOps, and product managers to ensure quality is embedded at every stage of development.


•Perform
API testing

using
Postman

and
Rest Assured

, ensuring robust backend validation.


•Conduct performance and load testing to identify bottlenecks and support optimization.


•Validate data accuracy and consistency using
SQL

and
NoSQL

databases.


•Mentor and guide
junior QC engineers

, reviewing their test plans and automation scripts.


•Participate in
automation code reviews

and provide constructive feedback on testability and quality standards.


•Research and introduce new tools or techniques to enhance testing efficiency and coverage.

Requirements:


•Minimum 3+ years of experience in
Software Quality Assurance

, with at least 1 year in a senior or lead capacity.


•Strong grasp of
ISTQB

concepts, methodologies, and techniques.


•Proven experience of
Java

and
JavaScript

for building automation scripts.


•Proven experience with
Rest Assured

and
Postman

for
API

testing.


•Hands-on experience with
Performance Testing

tools and methodologies.


•Good command of
SQL

and
NoSQL

databases.


•Familiarity with
gRPC

and
WebSockets

testing is a strong plus.


•Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail.


•Ability to lead initiatives, influence teams, and drive quality improvements.


•Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset in a fast-paced environment.
