Responsibilities:

Marketing & Campaigns

  • Develop and execute strategic marketing campaigns to increase app installs, brand awareness, and user retention
  • Create content for social media, email marketing, and in-app placements
  • Manage digital ads, track performance, and optimize for better ROI
  • Lead influencer collaborations, pet community engagement, and offline activations

Sales & Partnerships

  • Onboard vets, groomers, pet brands, and other partners
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with service providers and suppliers
  • Close deals and manage pricing structures for services and products
  • Ensure high conversion rates and recurring partner activity

Market Analysis & Product Strategy

  • Analyze local pet market trends and competitor pricing
  • Choose which services or products to prioritize based on demand and profit margins
  • Recommend what to stock or sell (e.g., pet food, accessories, supplements)
  • Determine competitive pricing while maintaining healthy margins

Collaboration & Reporting

  • Work closely with supply chain, operations, and product teams
  • Align marketing with inventory availability, delivery capabilities, and app UX
  • Report regularly on KPIs including app engagement, sales performance, CAC, ROI, and retention
  • Adjust strategies based on data insights

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
  • 1-4 years of experience in marketing, sales, or business development
  • Fluent in English – written and spoken
  • Experience at a startup, e-commerce company, or mobile app is strongly preferred
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing tools (Meta Ads, Google Ads, Mailchimp, etc.)
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to think both analytically and creatively
  • Passion for animals and pets is a strong plus
