The Role

We're looking for a
Chief Operating Officer (COO)
— a
builder
, not a bureaucrat — to lead the operational transformation of our companies.

You'll work directly with the CEO to
turn vision into systems
,
processes
, and
results
across all entities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and systemize operations across all companies
  • Implement performance dashboards, SOPs, and reporting systems
  • Manage and mentor General Managers and key department heads
  • Optimize financial and operational workflows across business units
  • Drive alignment between sales, marketing, production, and projects
  • Turn the CEO's strategy into action plans with clear KPIs and accountability
  • Prepare the group for expansion and investment readiness

Ideal Candidate Profile

  • Proven experience in
    operations, manufacturing, construction, or retail
  • 5+ years of experience in a
    senior management or operations role
  • Hands-on, analytical, and highly organized
  • Experienced in
    building systems
    , not just managing people
  • Capable of working in a fast-paced, founder-led environment
  • Strong English communication, leadership, and execution skills
  • Preferably based in Ghana or willing to relocate
