, and we're looking for a
Senior Full-Stack Software Engineer
to lead the charge.

You'll architect and build an intelligent invoice processing platform that leverages
LLMs
and
AI agents
to extract data from unstructured invoices and integrate it with major ERPs — all delivered as a scalable, secure, multi-tenant cloud application.

What You'll Do

• Build from scratch: Design and launch a brand-new intelligent invoice processing platform.
• Own the stack: Architecture, backend, frontend, CI/CD, observability, and product quality.
• Develop core features: Document ingestion, OCR, LLM-driven extraction, validation, enrichment, and ERP integrations.
• Authentication and authorization: Implement secure, role-based user management in a multi-tenant environment.
• Cloud-native delivery: Design scalable, cost-efficient services in Azure (preferred) or AWS/GCP.
• API and ERP integrations: Build robust REST/SOAP APIs and ERP-specific adapters in collaboration with integration teams.
• Ensure quality and reliability: Implement automated testing, monitoring, and alerting.
• Collaborate to ship: Partner with product managers and stakeholders to deliver impactful features quickly.

Your Responsibilities

• Architect and build a secure, scalable, modern multi-tenant SaaS application.
• Implement OCR pipelines, human-in-the-loop document workflows, and LLM-based extraction.
• Design and optimize data models and PostgreSQL queries.
• Build resilient APIs and ERP integration adapters using REST and SOAP where required.
• Set up CI/CD pipelines, Infrastructure-as-Code, and operational dashboards in the cloud.
• Write clear technical documentation and maintain clean, maintainable code.
• Drive fast, iterative delivery with measurable business outcomes.

Technical Requirements

Backend Development

• Proficiency in (preferred), or equivalent experience in .NET/C#, Go, Java, or Python.

Frontend Development

• Strong skills in HTML, CSS, TypeScript, and React.

Databases

• Expertise in PostgreSQL, including SQL, schema design, and performance optimization.

API Development

• Experience with REST APIs; knowledge of SOAP for legacy ERP integrations.

Cloud and DevOps

• Experience with:
• Containers: Docker
• Orchestration: Kubernetes (preferred)
• Infrastructure as Code: Bicep or Terraform
• Cloud Platforms: Azure (preferred), AWS, or GCP

Security and Architecture

• Knowledge of multi-tenant SaaS security, RBAC, OIDC/SAML, and secrets management.

Quality and Observability

• Experience with automated testing, logging, metrics, and monitoring systems.
• On-call readiness and focus on reliability.

AI and Document Processing (Nice to Have)

• Familiarity with OCR tools and LLM workflows (e.g., prompting, redaction, evaluation).
• Experience with modern AI-assisted development tools (e.g., Cursor, Windsurf, Claude, etc.).

Soft Skills and Traits

• Autonomous and able to take initiative in complex, fast-moving environments.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Effective communication with both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Detail-oriented with a commitment to writing high-quality, maintainable code.

Desired Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
• 6+ years of professional software development experience.
• 4+ years working with modern frontend technologies (React, TypeScript, etc.).
• Experience building greenfield SaaS products and/or data processing pipelines.
• Familiarity with OpenAI, prompt engineering, and LLM integration is a plus.
• Knowledge of financial systems, AP automation, or ERP integrations is an asset.

Other Requirements

• Strong verbal and written English communication skills.
• Available to work aligned with Eastern Time (ET).
• Fully remote position — North America preferred; other regions considered with ET overlap.
