Tyro is an online learning platform that connects students with qualified instructors. On its mission to provide personalized, high quality online education to everyone, Tyro has recently acquired Nafham, an edtech startup with over 5 million learners focused on school curricula of Egypt, KSA, and UAE. Both companies joining forces positions Nafham by Tyro to be the largest Edutech platform in the MENA region providing both, live online tutoring as well as recorded educational video content. With this new acquisition, Nafham by Tyro is growing fast and expanding its team by hiring the best candidates in the region to fulfill different roles and responsibilities.

Nafham by Tyro is hiring Account Manager

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary contact person for teachers, handling all inquiries, requests, and concerns.
  • Manage and resolve teacher escalations promptly and effectively.
  • Build and maintain strong, positive relationships with teachers to ensure satisfaction and retention.
  • Monitor teacher performance, attendance, and compliance with company policies.
  • Prepare and share regular reports on teacher-related activities, issues, and trends.
  • Follow up on payments, scheduling, and any administrative matters related to teachers.
  • Support onboarding and orientation for new teachers as needed.
  • Identify process gaps and suggest improvements to enhance teacher experience.
  • Ensure clear, professional, and timely communication across all channels.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Education, or a related field.
  • 2–3 years of experience in
    account management, operations, or customer relations
    (preferably in the education or e-learning sector).
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities.
  • Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Fluency in English and Arabic (spoken and written).
