Role Description

We are seeking a full-time Pharmacist Client Experience Agent who will ensure an exceptional experience for our clients through effective communication and professional expertise. This on-site role, based in Qesm Heliopolis, involves providing knowledgeable guidance on treatments, assisting with client inquiries, maintaining accurate records for medical-grade services, and collaborating with the medical team to ensure optimal care. The successful candidate will play a vital role in creating a supportive and welcoming environment for all clients.

Qualifications

  • Proven expertise in pharmaceutical knowledge with attention to detail and the ability to analyze client needs.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage clients and provide exceptional service.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team of medical and wellness professionals.
  • Organizational and administrative skills, including record-keeping and adherence to medical compliance standards.
  • Experience in the aesthetic or medical spa industry is a plus but not required.
  • Ability to work on-site in Qesm Heliopolis and provide consistent support during clinic operating hours.
  • Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy or a related field. Licensure as a pharmacist is mandatory.
