About the Role:

We're hiring a Senior Project Manager to lead end-to-end delivery of technology projects. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership, planning, and communication skills with a proven record managing cross-functional technical teams and ensuring timely, quality project delivery.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead project planning, execution, and delivery within defined scope, timeline, and budget.
  • Coordinate with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams to define project goals and deliverables.
  • Develop project schedules, resource plans, and risk mitigation strategies.
  • Ensure quality assurance and compliance with standards throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Manage change requests, reporting, and client communications effectively.
  • Mentor junior project coordinators and contribute to process improvements.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field (PMP certification is a plus).
  • 3–5 years of experience in project management within the tech or IT industry.
  • Strong understanding of Agile/Waterfall methodologies.
  • Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Project, Jira, or equivalent tools.
