Your Role:

As the **Accounting & Finance Lead**, you'll own our financial operations, ensuring compliance, accuracy, and strategic insight across Egypt and Gulf markets. This leadership position offers a unique opportunity to shape our financial processes, lead cross-functional teams, and support our scaling ambitions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Accounting Leadership:

Oversee daily accounting activities, maintain audit-ready systems, and ensure timely closures and reconciliations.

  • Regulatory & Tax Compliance:

Manage VAT, tax filings, and inter-company transactions across regions.

  • ERP & Automation:

Lead ERP implementation and optimization (Odoo, SAP, Oracle) to streamline workflows and enhance data visibility.

  • Financial Planning & Reporting:

Drive cash flow management, prepare performance dashboards, and support decision-making with insightful reports.

  • Cost Management & Product Costing:

Develop, monitor, and analyze product cost structures; implement cost control measures; lead cost reduction initiatives; and ensure accurate product costing for pricing, profitability analysis, and strategic planning.

  • Budgeting & Cost Analysis:

Develop and monitor budgets, analyze cost structures, and identify opportunities for efficiency improvements.

  • Stakeholder Collaboration:

Liaise with auditors, tax consultants, and internal teams to ensure compliance and operational efficiency.

What We're Looking For:

  • Bachelor's in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA, CMA, or similar certifications preferred.

  • 7+ years of progressive financial leadership, ideally in multi-entity or cross-border environments (Egypt/Gulf experience advantageous).

  • Extensive experience managing accounting operations, ERP systems, and regulatory compliance (VAT, tax).

  • Proven expertise in managing product costs, cost analysis, costing systems, and implementing cost control strategies.

  • Strong financial modeling, KPI analysis, dashboard creation skills, and hands-on experience in cost management.

  • Fluency in English and Arabic; excellent organizational and leadership abilities.

  • Hands-on experience with ERP systems (Odoo, SAP, Oracle) and cloud-based finance tools.
