B2B Sales Executive

Type of Employment: Full-time / Hybrid (office + field visits)

Objective
To drive company growth by identifying, engaging, and closing B2B sales opportunities with institutions, corporates, and large retail chains, ensuring long-term client partnerships and revenue expansion in line with BekyaPay's sustainability mission.
Functional Responsibilities
- Execute the full B2B sales cycle from prospecting to deal closure.
- Build, manage, and expand relationships with key institutional and corporate clients.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities across various sectors (governmental, corporate, retail, educational, industrial).
- Conduct client meetings, presentations, and field visits to promote BekyaPay's recycling and sustainability solutions.
- Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure proper execution and client satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate sales records and reports to support management decisions.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2–4 years of B2B sales experience with proven deal-closing achievements.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple accounts effectively.
- Strong analytical and reporting skills.
- Must be based in Alexandria.
