Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Fleet Performance Team Leader based in Cairo. The Team Leader will oversee the operations of the fleet, ensuring peak performance and efficient delivery processes. Key responsibilities include monitoring fleet operations, managing supply chain logistics, handling procurement processes related to fleet needs, leading and mentoring team members, and ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction through operational excellence.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, and Procurement
  • Strong Team Leadership skills, with experience in managing and mentoring team members
  • Excellent Customer Service skills to ensure satisfaction and resolve delivery-related issues promptly
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills for optimizing fleet operations
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Operations Management, or related field
  • Experience in logistics or fleet management roles preferred
  • Effective communication and organizational skills
