  • Conduct regular audits of inventory, procurement, and operational expenditures to identify cost-saving opportunities.
  • Assist in the preparation of annual budgets, forecasts, and long-term financial planning for multiple properties and projects.
  • Support the month-end and year-end closing processes by reconciling cost accounts and ensuring data integrity.
  • Evaluate and implement best practices in cost control, leveraging industry benchmarks and internal data.
  • Provide financial insights and recommendations to senior management to support strategic decision-making.
  • Ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations related to cost accounting and financial management.
Desired Candidate Profile
  • 5-6 years of proven experience in cost accounting, preferably within the hospitality, tourism, or real estate sectors.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data and present actionable insights.
  • Proficiency in cost accounting methodologies, budgeting, and variance analysis.
  • Advanced knowledge of accounting software and ERP systems relevant to hospitality operations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration across departments.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy in all financial reporting and analysis.
  • Solid understanding of inventory management and procurement processes.
  • Ability to identify and implement process improvements for enhanced cost efficiency.
