Sales Engineer

Delta Construction is Hiring - Sales Engineer with an engineering background and proven experience in the construction industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities within the construction and swimming pools sectors.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, and contractors.
- Prepare technical and commercial proposals based on client requirements.
- Conduct site visits, assessments, and follow up on ongoing projects.
- Collaborate with technical and operations teams to ensure effective project execution.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
- Monitor market trends, competitors, and potential business opportunities.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Civil, or related field).
- Minimum 2–5 years of experience in the construction industry.
- Experience in swimming pools companies is highly preferred.
- Strong technical understanding and ability to explain engineering solutions to clients.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Work Conditions: -Workdays: Saturday to Thursday -Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM or 10:00 AM – 6:00 PMIf you are passionate about delivering excellence in construction and have the required experience, we would love to hear from you.
