Business Analyst & Project Manager

Role Purpose

The Business Analyst & Project Manager will act as a strategic support partner to the VP, responsible for analyzing data, managing projects end-to-end, synthesizing reports, and producing high-quality insights and presentations.

This role requires independence, analytical thinking, and ownership.

Key Responsibilities

Business Analysis & Reporting


• Analyze financial, operational, and performance reports


• Extract key insights, trends, risks, and opportunities


• Prepare concise executive summaries for decision-making


• Translate raw data into clear, actionable outputs

Project Management


• Own assigned projects from start to finish


• Define scope, timelines, deliverables, and milestones


• Follow up with stakeholders to ensure on-time delivery


• Track progress and escalate risks early

Executive Support & Decision Preparation


• Prepare PowerPoint presentations, dashboards, and briefing packs


• Support strategic initiatives, planning exercises, and reviews


• Handle preparatory work that would otherwise require VP involvement


• Occasionally represent the VP in preparatory or coordination work

Stakeholder Coordination


• Work cross-functionally with managers, finance, operations, and external parties


• Ensure alignment, clarity of deliverables, and accountability

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills


• Excellent PowerPoint and Excel capabilities

• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

• 4–8 years experience in business analysis, consulting, strategy, PMO, or corporate roles
