Role Description

As a Fleet Operations Section Head, you will lead and manage the fleet operations team to ensure efficiency, reliability, and cost-effectiveness, visit company sites to oversee fleet activities, optimize vehicle routes and schedules, develop and implement operational policies, and continuously improve overall fleet performance.

Qualifications

  • 7–10 years of experience in fleet operations.
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, Logistics, Operations Management, or a related field.
  • Proven leadership skills with experience supervising drivers and coordinating across departments.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with experience monitoring KPIs.
  • Hands-on experience with fleet management software and GPS tracking systems.
  • Knowledge of route planning, cost control, vehicle maintenance, and operational compliance.
  • Ability to plan strategically and improve operational efficiency.
