We are looking for a talented and detail-oriented
Architect
to join our team and play a key role in planning, developing, and implementing high-quality building designs. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise, creativity, and the ability to ensure seamless execution of project activities from concept to completion in alignment with Qatar laws and company regulations.

Key Responsibilities

Develop strong professional relationships with clients and understand their requirements.

Generate innovative building designs, detailed drawings, and design deliverables across all project stages

Review and interpret project briefs and ensure client needs are accurately captured and delivered.

Collaborate closely with the design manager and follow IMS procedures.

Coordinate with stakeholders including structural engineers, MEP specialists, QS teams, and construction managers.

Prepare feasibility studies, design reports, proposals, and contractual documents.

Contribute to budgeting activities and ensure alignment with approved project budgets.

Perform constructability reviews and ensure adherence to regulatory standards and environmental considerations.

Present project concepts and reports to clients, management, and other relevant parties.

Job Requirements


bachelor's degree in architecture

Strong design and technical skills

Proficiency in
Revit, AutoCAD, SketchUp, Photoshop
,
BIM
and
Microsoft Office

Knowledge of building regulations, construction processes, and tender documentation

Strong analytical skills, reasoning ability, and attention to detail

Excellent communication and customer-service skills

Initiative-driven with the ability to work in multidisciplinary teams
